Tim studied his Diploma of Professional Coaching through the Southern Institute of Technology.  He is a Practitioner with Extended DISC psychometric profiling, and is certified to offer Core Strengths Relationship Intelligence assessment and is a Consulting Affiliate with Blanchard New Zealand.

 

Tim has a background in vocational training, working with young adults studying in the hospitality and retail sectors. He is interested in bringing leadership development to those entering the workforce. As a Positive Psychology Coach, Tim helps people identify and leverage their strengths that unlock their growth potential. 

 

Developing leadership skills (leading others as well as self leadership) is often left to learning as we go - either from the good and the bad experiences we have. However, there's much we can do even early on in our life that will help us be more successful in solving problems and making decisions that move us forward in life.
